Ingredients for making Cold Nest Milk Cake:

For the cake batter:

 1 cup of wheat flour (140 grams)

 1 cup of sugar (160 grams)

 4 eggs

 3 tablespoons of regular milk

 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

 2 tablespoons of Nest milk

 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast

for the syrup

 1 cup of regular milk

 ½ can of condensed milk

For the filling:

 1 box of fresh cream

 1 can of condensed milk

 4 tablespoons of Nest milk

How to make Cold Nest Milk Cake:

The first step in preparing this iced nest milk cake is to place the eggs, sugar and butter in a bowl and beat well, preferably with an electric mixer, until the sugar grains dissolve well and get a smooth cream - this helps to achieve this. a more grown and fluffy cake.

Tip: At this point, preheat the oven to 180ºC (medium oven).

Dissolve the Nest's milk in the milk and add it to the previous mixture. Mix well and add the sifted flour little by little, while incorporating without beating.

Finally add the yeast and mix it lightly in this Ninho milk cake dough. Grease and flour a medium cake tin and place the dough into it. Bake at 180ºC and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until risen, browned and pass the toothpick test.

Tip: We recommend using a round shape without a hole in the center, approximately 22 cm.

While the cake is in the oven, prepare the filling for the Ninho milk iced cake: place the condensed milk and Ninho milk in a pan and keep stirring until it comes off the pan, in a soft brigadeiro point.

At this point, remove the pan from the heat and add the cream. Mix very well and return to heat, stirring constantly, until it becomes thick again. Turn off and reserve.

Tip: After adding the cream, do not bring the mixture to a boil, as the cream does not separate.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool a little. Meanwhile, mix the condensed milk with the milk to obtain the syrup that will make this Nest cake wet.

Unmold the cake, cut into 2 or 3 dough disks (which will be the cake layers) and pour the syrup on each of these parts.

Tip: You can chop the cake with a fork to help the syrup penetrate better.

Also spread the filling over the dough and assemble the cake, overlapping the layers. Wrap the whole cake in aluminum foil and reserve in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour - ideally, reserve for 3 to 4 hours to get a very moist and moist cake.
